Our Return Policy

Defective/Damaged Product:

Request for defective or damaged product should be emailed to customerservice@allwoodfast.com
(Toll Free 1-866-763-9455) within 72 hours of receipt of order.

The email should include the following:

  1. A detailed item list of all items with defects
  2. Detail description of the defect for each product
  3. Photographs of the defects in the product

A Return Good Authorization (RGA) will be issued. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA. Customer must hold items until All Wood Cabinetry has arranged for return or authorize disposal of the pieces. Replacement pieces will be shipped to the customer as soon as they become available.

All Wood Cabinetry products are custom manufactured for the Costco Member.
