We've been working with Eric at All Wood for a few months on cabinets for our two bathroom remodels. As a result of taking this time, we've worked through a variety of design options before settling on the best vanity for each room. Eric worked with us through this back-and-forth effort to evaluate options and select the one we preferred.

Eric was alway more than willing to rework our design and finishes. We placed the order today and again had to call on Eric's help to get our promotional code for the prior money spent on sample finishes as a credit to our order. All worked out well and now we are waiting on the delivery.

I worked on this project with Eric.  To begin with it was a little tough getting in contact with someone, which was a bit frustrating. The website was okay. Once I got the hang of it, I could navigate around pretty quick to the spots I needed to hit. The one thing I would say about site though is, after you click get started and are viewing the different models of the cabinets, some the images are very hard read. The lower blind corner cabinets are an example. They are very small and you cannot blow them up to read the details. Minimally, making the dimensions legibale would be very helpful. Especially for a unit that has special requirements.

They have sent two replacements for tiny nicks or cracks sustained during transit and the process was flawless! It is so easy to ask for a replacement if there are issues and it ships quickly. Allwoodfast is a high quallity company in every aspect of their business.  I have purchased cabinets for several projects; a full basement bar/kitchenette, kitchen for our beach house and now I have purchased a pantry for added storage. Their cabinet construction quality rivals the most expensive full custom cabinet makers. Even though I had carefully planned my layouts for both projects, Anabel from the design team made my design so much better.  Her expertise, friendly manner and most of all patience (with me) made everything go smoothly.  She not only improved the layout function but also gave me cost saving ideas.  If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

I spoke with Enga from customer service about the delivery of my cabinets. She was polite, prompt and positive. The 3Ps! It was a perfect experience.

I was well supported in processing the refund credit for sample doors.  All went great and customer service quickly resolved my question.  Looking forward to installin the product.  Delivery schedule was 10 days as advertised.

Jonathan was my designer and was very pleased with his professionalism and experience quick turnaround responsiveness. He developed outfall solutions and clearly knows his stuff. Jonathan was faced with a challenging customer terms of multiple revisions and significant uncertainty at the outset. But he overcame all of these and was able to develop a kitchen design that we are very pleased with. 

This is my third time ordering with Allwodfast, however this is the first time I have worked with a designer. Using the provided measuering instructions I was able to upload my data. I was then assigned Johnathan as my designer. It was an absolutly wonderfull experience working with him. I had numerous changes and each time changes were made, new design provided in a very timely manner! Allwoodfast saved me a signficant amount of money and would higly recomend working with Jonathan and Allwodfast.

Have not received the cabinets yet, so can only write about customer service experience. 

Our design specialist was Jonathan and we had many conversations on the phone and via e-mails. He was extremely patient with our changing plans, helped a lot with his expertise and professionalism. 

I can only hope that the product is going to be as good as the customer service which Jonathan has represented. 

Initially I priced RTA cabinets from IKEA and CabinetsToGo and decided to see if cabinets through All Wood were cheaper. In the end they were cheaper than a very comproable all plywood construction cabinet from CabinetsToGo. IKEA was significantly cheaper, but it isn't plywood construction and the stock (due to Covid) was questionable.

I would consider myself very handy and thats why I was initially reasearching RTA cabinets to hopefully save money. I am glad I priced checked through All Wood because I didn't have to build a single one! 

Overall, I would say the construction is decent. There was hot melt glue on parts of the cabinet you could see and some minor things needed to be repaired (toe kick, etc.). One of my cabinets was damaged during shipping and I emailed customer service and a resolution was quickly offered. 

I would say that in the midst of the pandemic and everything going on, I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely go through All Wood again if I ever need to flip another kitchen.

If you are willing to document anything missing/wrong with your order, All Wood Fast is very easy to deal with on getting solutions.

For these reasons and the product that you offer I give Taylor 5 stars for her wonderful customer service and all the help. 

Chavel was very helpful to me over the phone to update me on where my shipment was. She was very nice and prompt. 

General shopping:  The website is ok but a bit slow.  Finding the cart is not intuitive.  Adding and removing items to the cart is clear and straightforward.  Transparency in pricing is excellent.  Re the cabinets, it'd be useful if interior dimensions were shown.  For example, the diagram shows the full height of the cabinet, but not the depth of each drawer or the full height of the interior box. 

Cabinets:  I like the cabinets, but none of the drawers were aligned when I got them.  It'd be useful to state that up front so I know that I should expect to have to adjust and align literally every drawer. For a pre-assembled cabinet, I expected it to be ready out of the box.

Customer service:  Great customer service.  I appreciated being send the phone number in the confirmation email so I did not need to dig for it.  I was called back quickly.  Taylor was friendly, competent, and helpful.  She was proactive and fast in expediting my order.  She addressed the issue for which I called quickly and completely.

Chavel was very helpful in reworking the shipping information for the order. The website didn't allow for the correct address to be submitted, I placed the order using a differnet address and then was able to modify with Chavels help. All Wood, personnel are great to work with and the product is very good quality.

I had a concern with my delivery location, but Chavel was able to handle the situation beautifully and fully resolve all of my concerns. Thank you Chavel!

Chavel was awesome today.  I called to get a status on an order that I placed a few weeks ago.  She found the order and said that it should have been to me by now.  She ordered another sample and checked on my cabinet order as well.  She was extremely kind and helpful and I trust that she will get my sample order in the mail tomorrow.  This company so far has been so nice to work with.  They truly care about their customers.

I am so happy to give you feedback on my experience with AWC and most expecially with my experience working with Nicole. After getting 5 other bids from local cabinet suppliers, I sent a sketch to AWC and mentioned my budget. Instantly, I received a response from Nicole and we worked out a fantastic kitchen cabinet plan within a week. Her lightening fast email responses were stunning. I could not be more happy with the service and expertise she has shared with me throughout the process. The price and quality is amazing, but even more than that, Nicole has been more responsive and helpful than the local businesses I have consulted. I was nervous about ordering cabinets online, but I have a good feeling they will be perfect!

The cabinets are actually here before we can install them. So fast! Once we get our windows and drywall installed— about two weeks, we will install the cabinets. I cannot wait! This was the second time we worked with Nicole to design some new cabinets, this time for our laundry room.  She did an excellent job and provided just what we needed and wanted. And she was most pleasant to work with.  If I had to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would give her an 11.  We are now going to do a complete kitchen replacement and we are looking forward to working with Nicole again to see what great ideas she comes up with for this project.

Designing a kitchen can be a very difficult task. I didn't know where to begin but working with Nicole was so nice. She made sure to cover all angles of the project. My favorite part of working with Nicole was her responsiveness and always making herself available to answer any questions. She even got on the phone with the carpenter to explain how to construct part of the project. You can't go wrong with these cabinets and make sure to ask for Nicole. 

Jonathan designed our kitchen renovation in April of 2019.  It's been over a year now and I could not be happier with every detail of our renovation.  I love it and it was an amazing value.  We have Nantucket Polar White top cabinets and Tiverton Peggle Gray base cabinets.  Jonathan, thank you very much and I'm sorry it took me so long to write a review.

Shy Ann was wonderful to work with helping us design our kitchen layout.  We had many change requests and design changes throughout the whole process and she patiently made them all for us.  She promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns.  We received them very quickly after finalizing the order.  We loved the way they looked online but they were even better in person when we received them.  We haven't installed them yet but will be doing that soon, so we will post some pictures after installation.  I would definitely recommend them for cabinets.

We are so pleased with our All Wood Cabinets.  In fact I overheard my contractors discussing the quality as they were doing the install.  Jonathan was wonderful to work with and made the ordering process very easy. I had ordered bathroom vanity and a kitchen before.  I am definitely a repeat customer.  Regardless of the  shipping mixups, your planning of our kitchen with your improvements made the kitchen even better.  We appreciated your inputs.  The project is nearly complete.  We did find a suprise with a pony wall in the middle of the island.  However we were able to finish the ends with the two extra drawer fronts from the built in oven.

Follow Up Review

Having previously posted a review of our wonderful experience with the design team at All Wood, I wanted to share some photos of our new cabinets.

Much to our delight, all our cabinets fit perfectly and have made our kitchen a centerpiece for our open living space.  They look terrific and the quality of the build more than exceeded our expectation. 

In a previous home, we had full custom cabinets.  However, we did not want to spend the money or have the time to wait the 4-8 weeks for full custom.  Given the short turnaround time and the quality of the build, these semi-custom cabinets are more than worth the money.

We are very satisfied with the entire process and end result of our purchase of new cabinets from All Wood!

This is the second time that I have ordered All Wood cabinets. The first time was while renovating my mother’s kitchen. This time was to renovate mine.

All Wood cabinets are superior to other cabinets that I have found even locally and are by far more reasonably priced. 

I worked with Brooke both times. She has amazing design ideas and always explains the pros and cons to ideas that I may have. Brooke is a joy to work with!

I was very reluctant to order kitchen cabinets on line but decided to take a leap of faith! My designer Anabel was the best. She was very responsive to my requests and responded very quickly even though she was on the east coast and I on the west coast. We corresponded maybe 4 -5 times and she nailed it! Very happy with the design aspect. The cabinets are very nice and good quality. The customer service is very good and they really stand by their product and customer service.

Hi AWF!  I'm happy to share my story with you.  My designer was Jessica and I think she did a great job!  She was quick and responsive, and made some great suggestions for improving the initial design drawings that I sent to her.

The ordering process was pretty straightforward.  I liked that I could just click on the plans from Jessica and my shopping cart was automatically populated with the order...although I did check it for accuracy once or twice.  I was able to track the progress of my order and the cabinets were delivered on the promised date.

The cabinets are what I expected...maybe even a little bit better. I think they offer a very good balance between quality and value.  

I'm attaching some before and after photos of my kitchen.  I think you'll agree that it's quite a transformation from what was a very ugly kitchen to one that I can now be proud of.

My experience with AWC was amazing from start-to-finish. Their design services were top-notch - all I had to do was give them the dimensions of my space and provide a diagram of where I wanted the appliances to be and they created a 3D computer model, the elevation drawings (which my contractor LOVED!) and drawings of my new kitchen. They sent me sample mini doors of the two styles I was considering which helped ensure I choose a style I absolutely love. As advertised, the cabinets arrived within 10 days of my ordering them. The cabinets are beautiful and I love all the pull-out drawers and soft-close doors. But I have to say that I was most impressed by AWC's customer service. I communicated with them via email and I always had a response almost immediately. When we found that a piece of the pantry panel was damaged, they immediately sent me a replacement. We were very pleased with the quality of the product! We purchased lower and upper cabinets. The color was as described and cabinets are made of solid wood. Also, the design services were very helpful, and we were able to order everything accurately.

She had great ideas that made wise use of my space and suggested options that would help complete the look I was after. Customer service was great also when I had to make a return on a door. They shipped out the replacements quickly I would highly recommend this company. The products are excellent and their employees are wonderful. After speaking with the big box stores we decided to look at All Wood. We found their web site easy to utilize. It provided all the information that we needed to develop and design our own floor plan. All Wood had a large selection of cabinets and more than enough options available for what we were looking to achieve with our kitchen remodel. Anabel was our contact at All Wood. While we had a design plan, she made suggestions, tweaked it and made it better. Her ideas and input were right on the mark. I would recommend Anabel without any reservation. The quality of the cabinets was outstanding as compared to comparable non-custom cabinets we had previously considered.

We are so pleased with the quality, and the beauty of this product. I feel so spoiled.

And the customer service is knowledgeable and caring. From start to finish, I have been pleased.

It has really been a wonderful experience working with this company. Anabel sent me the design of my kitchen once I sent her my cabinet style and the measurements. She was always so helpful and friendly to work with. The cabinets arrived in less than two weeks from placing the order. All were inspected and looked great. No major problems at all. I was hesitant to order due to some bad reviews. But happily I did order. Quality cabinets for much less than the big box stores.

Dan was a VERY PATIENT and helpful design/customer service rep as our project may have hit a new record on the # of design variations! Yikes.  Given the nature of projects such as this we had numerous on the fly changes and adjustments that needed to be made...as well as a few rather creative solutions for the nuisances of an old house getting a face lift.  Through all of it, Dan was right there with ideas and follow up when needed.  In addition, the website was easy to navigate and provided almost all info needed to reach a final decision on our kitchen design. 

Can not say enough great things about our experience from beginning to end.  Our designer Brooke, was delightful, very helpful and a wealth of knowledge.  She made what we thought was going to be a monumental task, very manageable.  The layouts were very helpful as we navigated our way through the entire process. Thanks Brooke, and All Wood for the great cabinets!

My experience was very good with the website; this was primarily because of the effort made by Brooke to deal with my numerous questions and changes. She made the experience very easy, and was able to allay my wife's concerns with the very detailed renderings she gave us with each change. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures yet, the renovation won't be done for a couple more months.

I am so happy with the service I was provided. My designer, Anabel, was great! She walked me through the process and was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend you guys to friends and family. (I would tell them to ask for Anabel!) Actually, I told my daughter about you guys and she will be calling soon. I wish most companies could give the same type of service and had great people like yours. I can not say enough about how great it was to work with your company.

This is a follow up to my earlier post. I was pleasantly surprised. In my post, I mentioned I was having some hardware issues after two years. I figured any warranties had expired and didn’t contact customer service, but customer service contacted me and is sending me replace hardware. It’s great to have a company stand behind their product.

All aspects of remodeling our kitchen were great. Design – very easy and very helpful! Ordering – straight forward, no issues. Delivery – Packed great, no damage. Installation – self installed, cabinet dimensions were perfect. Appearance - install is excellent. Our cabinets have been installed for almost two years. The finish of the cabinets is still like new; our only issue is the hardware. Several doors constantly need alignment, one drawer side never closes completely and adjusting it doesn’t help. Two other drawers are no longer soft close. Overall I would still recommend the product!

I cannot tell you how positive my experience was with All Wood. I did a LOT of research and comparing before purchasing my kitchen cabinets, and I can tell you All Wood cabinets exceeded my expectations. Ryann my design consultant was patient, creative and very attentive. The customer service department is outstanding. The best part was the quality. The cabinets look way more expensive then they were. I will be doing my bathroom remodel soon and will skip all the others and go straight to All Wood.

The all wood cabinets are well made, The choices are great, and the door alignments are easy with the various adjustments that your hinges allow. Your representative, Jonna, was a tremendous help to me in understanding the layout of the island and her suggestions for assembly was spot on. She has also provided me an estimate on a small project that I may be starting soon. I will be getting layout assistance and cost estimate from Jonna on any future projects that come my way. 

My experience with Jonna, working over the phone to complete my order was great.   She was very helpful and responsive to my questions and changes in design.

I love my new kitchen. It's small but beautiful. All Wood was very helpful and changes and adjustments were all properly preformed. I was able to do my kitchen with superb quality cabinets at a price I could afford. I installed the cabinets myself with instruction on YouTube. The quartz counter tops I left to professionals.

Katrina was great! She was very accessible and understanding. She never complained despite all the changes I made to the plan. Her suggestions were very helpful and accurate. Your product is extremely well made and very rich in appearance. My neighbors have looked at the cabinets and thought that the price was two to three times more expensive. My contractor was very impressed with the quality and how quickly the cabinets were delivered. He especially enjoyed the assistance Katrina provided.

I ordered a combination of the Nantucket Polar White and the Fulton Mocha Glaze for a large kitchen and dining bar.  Mostly stock sizes, with some custom.  The design consultant was very helpful.  The cabinets arrived very well packed, were all true to size, with no dings or scratches.  Minor fab defect on the Mullion door was replaced without hassle.  Overall a very positive experience.  I LOVE my new kitchen!
