Our Return Policy
 

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:

Request for defective or damaged merchandise returns should be emailed to customer_service@awcabinetry.com (Toll Free 1-866-367-2516) within 72 hours of receipt of order. The email should include a detail description of the defect along with photographs of the defective product. A Return Good Authorization (RGA) will be issued. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA. Customer must hold items until All Wood Cabinetry has arranged for return or authorize disposal of the pieces. Replacement pieces will be shipped to the customer as soon as they become available.
