Important Note: The most striking feature of this cabinet style is the hand-applied dark brown glazing, which has a natural variation from door to door. This accent glaze is designed to accentuate the features of each door and drawer front and replicate the look of antique furniture. Along with the dark brown highlights, in the grooves of the door frame, you will also see heavy glaze “hang-up” in the four corners of the frame. Because of the hand applied nature of this finish, no two doors will have the same level of glazing. This makes your cabinetry unique and no two LTG kitchens will be the same! All Wood Cabinetry™ is constructed from several pieces of solid wood and wood veneers. Differences in grain and color should be expected. Color differences in wood are the result of variations in minerals found in the soil native to the "trees origin". Absorption of these minerals will vary by tree or parts of said tree. In addition, color changes can be experienced due to different exposure to light. All species of wood will display characteristics such as knots, pinholes, sap runs, mineral streaks and darkening with age. It is the natural beauty of wood to exhibit these characteristics and they will be present throughout your cabinetry.
